The clerk recorded the closed-session vote as unanimous. Those recorded as voting "aye" were Councilman Bloomberg, Councilman McCormick, Councilman Samson, Councilman Johnson and Mayor James. Earlier in the meeting the council also voted to approve the Aug. 11 special meeting agenda by the same recorded vote. After the closed-session motion passed, the council immediately moved to adjourn; the meeting was called adjourned at 6:03 p.m.
