Commissioners directed staff to begin the court-order process to enforce demolition and debris removal unless the owner presents a credible remediation plan promptly. The board emphasized staff will continue to accept communication and plans from the owner; the court process would be initiated only if cooperation and concrete action are not forthcoming.
