City planning staff told the Board of Commissioners that Fairview currently shows 2,528 unbuilt but vested housing units across several projects and that the Belhaven development has submitted phase-one construction plans for review.
Planning details
Ethan Greer, speaking for the Planning & Codes Department, said the department issued 90 single-family permits and 152 townhome permits from January through June; no multifamily permits were recorded in that pull. Between April and June the department reviewed 21 planning applications that would go before the planning commission.
