Wright presented the award as an existing development update during council member reports; no council action was taken on the project during the meeting.
The council discussed other housing and shelter services: community housing and shelter services assisted 13 households (19 individuals) with rapid rehousing in July, and staff are managing redevelopment at sites including 1530 Owens.
