Board of Public Works approves three stormwater maintenance agreement amendments for local properties

The West Bend Board of Public Works on Monday approved three stormwater maintenance agreement amendments tied to recent property improvements and changing stormwater management facilities.

• SWMP 17-10, amendment 1 — Wigle Ware, Schmidt Road: Work to reconstruct a south parking lot and perimeter pavement reduced paved area overall but required a total suspended solids removal facility; the board approved a maintenance agreement to ensure long-term upkeep.
