The official praised the Reentry Coalition: "This has been an amazing group for the city of York," and framed reentry services as part of making people feel included in the community rather than disenfranchised: "If you feel disenfranchised, you are not gonna care about the welfare of your neighbors... we have to make every effort to make sure that people know that they are part of our family, the York City family."
