The proposal would create three lots averaging roughly 27,000 square feet each after a small right-of-way dedication, Young said. “We are planning on subdividing this into 3 lots,” he said. The applicants said Lot 1 would take access from Johnson Road and Lots 2 and 3 would use a shared access easement from the end of the existing cul-de-sac at Bermuda (remote) Court.
