Commissioners noted the bid from Iowa references a corporate headquarters far from Franklin County; staff said the county’s delivery requirements (400‑mile maximum) will be enforced.
No award was made at the meeting; commissioners approved the one‑week review period and directed staff to report back with findings and a recommendation.
