Details and funding Staff reported they were unable to secure easements at some preferred sites and worked with private property owners to find alternate locations; for example, Dr. Cravens offered frontage on his veterinary-hospital property for one sign. Staff said they will return with design and cost options for an additional site at an established brick base where a prior sign existed (referenced as the ProVales/college location), and that funding for that optional sign is not included in the current round of work.
Council action A councilmember moved to approve the gateway sign locations; the motion was seconded and carried with no recorded opposition.
