Attorney Mark Daniel, representing the petitioner, told the commission the change responds to market demand and earlier staff feedback about consolidating lots. "We believe that 11 lots, essentially consolidating lots 1 and 2 to lot 1 in the new plat... we would better meet the lot width," Daniel said. Ahmed Khan, representing the ownership team, described the revised units as larger single-family homes with expanded living space, optional rooftop features and increased indoor parking. He said the development will still provide ‘‘6 cars indoor parking per unit’’ in attached garages plus surface parking as shown in the plans.
