The Santa Rosa City Planning Commission on July 24 unanimously approved a clerical correction to a resolution related to Hook Dispensary, 817 Russell Avenue.
The correction, presented by Jessica Jones, deputy director of planning, fixes swapped exhibits in the resolution packet and updates an incorrect meeting date in the notice. Jones told the commission an updated resolution had been uploaded about an hour before the meeting and that Exhibit A should be the correction notice while Exhibit B should be the original Resolution No. 11931. She said Exhibit A also incorrectly listed the meeting date as 07/07/2025 and that it should read 07/24/2025.
Vice Chair Duggan moved to approve the clerical change; Commissioner Sanders seconded the motion. No public comments were received on the consent item. The motion carried unanimously: Commissioners Carter, Sisco, Horton, Pardo, Sanders, Vice Chair Duggan and Chair Weeks all voted yes.
The action is limited to the clerical edits described by staff; no substantive changes to the underlying project or Resolution No. 11931 were made at the July 24 meeting. The planning staff record will reflect the corrected exhibits and the corrected meeting date as noted by Jones.
