The council voted 6-0 to approve a conditional-use permit (CUP) for a proposed single-family dwelling on Spruce Street (Parcel 0420475). The council approved a second CUP for a single-family dwelling on 1121 Delaware Avenue (Parcel 0670065) after a roll call in which Councilor Stokes recorded an abstention; the measure passed with the remaining five members voting yes.
