Orange Beach council approves series of resolutions on appointments, donations, contracts and plans

ORANGE BEACH, Ala. — The Orange Beach City Council on Aug. 19 approved a package of resolutions covering appointments, donations of surplus city property, contract authorizations and program agreements.
