They reported the Envision Building was constructed in 1977–78, has five stories plus basement and a gross exterior footprint around 74,860 square feet (interior floor area in the low‑to‑mid 70,000s depending on measurement) and an existing parking footprint that could be expanded by paving to roughly 180 spaces.
