The consolidated plan sets five-year priorities and the annual action plan lists specific projects and budget allocations for the program year. Ty Veil, chief of staff and interim community development director, told the board the documents are required by HUD and outline the county’s use of entitlement grants including Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME funds.
