Staff said necessary dedications are included with the plat and that water service for the site would be provided by Johnson County.
Commissioners and staff also discussed application fees. Staff reported the final plat application had not included required filing fees and said the fee must be paid before the city will file the plat. Staff recommended that any future fee waivers be documented in writing so the record explains why a fee was not charged.
A commissioner moved to approve the final plat; another commissioner seconded the motion and the commission voted to approve. Earlier in the meeting the commission also approved the minutes from its May 5, 2025 meeting.
The meeting adjourned at about 6:36 p.m.
