- Item 37 (Convention Center fee forgiveness): Council approved forgiving rental fees for a Census training session; vote recorded as 10 ayes.
- Item 42 (Rampart Independent Review Panel composition): Original motion to “immediately restructure” the panel was amended to “augment and supplement” the panel’s composition; the amended motion passed 10 ayes, 1 no. Council directed the inspector general to report on efforts to broaden panel membership.
- Item 48(a) and 48(c) (Closed-session settlements): Council approved settlements in closed session: $155,000 in United Services Autoville Association v. City of Los Angeles (48a) and $150,000 in Bertha Alvarez v. City of Los Angeles (48c); the roll calls showed 10 ayes on each.
