Legislature authorizes probation training agreement with Montrain/Resorts World Catskills after questions over funding clause

A representative described the arrangement as dependent on outside funding for the trainer and explained the clause was intended to limit the county's obligation if that funding were discontinued: “This has to do with the funding that they have to bring the trainer down. If the funding goes away, they do not hold us an obligation to continue,” the representative said.
