The Cheyenne Finance Committee recommended approval Monday of an application to transfer a retail liquor license for Apple Colorado LLC doing business as Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill and Bar at 1401 Del Range Boulevard.
Kylie Soden, city clerk, told the committee the application had been reviewed by applicable city departments and the Wyoming Liquor Division and that “requirements for the application have been met.”
