- Recommend City Council approve a permanent change of use of 138,136 sq ft and a temporary change of use of 11,997 sq ft of parkland at Adamson/Hemphill Neighborhood Park (temporary use not to exceed 120 calendar days). Motion by Board Member Villalobos; second by Vice Chair Flowers; motion passed 8–1 with one abstention. Mitigation cash amount stated by staff: $2,980,911. (Agenda item 3.)
