Motion by Doctor Graham; second by Mr. Higgins; outcome: approved by voice vote. - Approved the June 2025 internal accounts report; the Financial Advisory Committee requested future internal accounts reports include elementary schools. Motion by Doctor Graham; second by Mr. Higgins; outcome: approved by voice vote.
