Roll-call: England — Yes; Morgan — Yes; Whitney — Yes; Venuti — Yes; Gillum — Yes. - Highland 2025 edition (KPB file 2025-101): Staff recommended carrying forward a prior exemption for extending Highland Street and Alder Avenue into a gravel pit area and updating code references; the committee granted preliminary approval. Postponed item: - Virginia Lynn replat (KPB file 2025-062): Staff reported the item had been postponed; no public testimony was recorded and the item was dismissed for this meeting.
