• Annual environmental service delivery plan attestation (ESDPFAR): Motion to authorize county staff to sign and submit the annual attestation to the Utah Division of Environmental Quality; seconded and approved unanimously.
• Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) priorities: Motion to support the three proposed CHIP priorities, with direction to staff to refine Priority 1 language per the board discussion and return the full CHIP for adoption; motion seconded and approved unanimously.
• Meeting minutes: The board approved meeting minutes for June 2, 2025 and July 7, 2025 (motions and seconds recorded in the meeting transcript; votes were unanimous or recorded as unanimous where indicated).
