The Dawson County Board of Commissioners voted to approve an on‑premises alcohol license for Applebee's Mid Atlantic LLC, d/b/a Applebee's, for a restaurant at 31 Bethel Drive in Dawsonville.
A county staff member told commissioners that Applebee's submitted state documentation and passed the required criminal history check. The presentation said the applicant is Jacob Niebergall and that the chain’s area director, Dustin Williams, was present at the Oct. 16 meeting.
