The commission's chair moved to continue the public hearing to Nov. 12 and to continue accepting written public comment; the motion was seconded and passed unanimously. The chair summarized the commission's takeaway as concerns about town-center feasibility, survey process, affordable-housing detail, gateway-corridor design standards and the amount of public engagement.
