Three downtown Kingman county building projects remain on schedule, staff say

Mohave County staff told the Board of Supervisors on Oct. 6 that three county building projects in downtown Kingman are progressing on schedule and within expected contingency use.
Director Steve Letosky, who presented the update, said the new sheriff's outreach facility adjacent to the adult detention center is "about a $3,900,000 project budget with a 10% contingency," is ahead of schedule and expected to finish in November 2025. He said contractor Concord Construction has kept contingency spending under 4% and that the remaining major work is elevator installation.
