- Approval of Amendment No. 3 to an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Arizona Department of Health Services and Coconino County Health and Human Services to provide $86,636 for the County's opioid overdose prevention program for the contract period Sept. 1, 2025'Aug. 31, 2026; the amendment includes budget adjustments for local staffing (0.5 FTE and 0.25 FTE in Page) and a $22,108.19 adjustment noted in the staff materials.
- Approval of a contract with Axon Enterprise Inc., through a Sourcewell cooperative contract, for body-worn camera licenses, taser certifications and unlimited cloud storage (evidence.com) for deputies and detention officers. Staff listed an initial FY2026 cost of approximately $190,297.20 and recurring annual costs of roughly $212,003.84 (per staff packet) for multi-year service; the term listed on the agenda runs through 06/30/2030.
All consent items were approved in a single recorded vote after supervisors removed two items earlier in the meeting for separate discussion. The board resolved as the Health District Board of Directors for the ADHS IGA amendment and separately as the Jail District Board of Directors for the Axon contract before returning to act as the Board of Supervisors.
