Twinsburg Board of Education approves July financials, personnel actions and student placement agreements

The Twinsburg Board of Education approved a package of routine financial and personnel items and several student placement agreements at its meeting, including July financial reports, appropriations for fiscal 2026 and paid placements for individualized student services.

The board voted to accept the July 2025 financial reports — including a bank reconciliation, cash-summary reports by fund and special cost center, a disbursement summary and an investments-portfolio review — and to approve all expenditures for July 2025 as presented. The board also adopted appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, on the treasurer's recommendation. Those motions were moved and seconded by board members and passed by recorded roll call (vote tallies recorded as 5–0 where indicated on the record).

On personnel matters the board accepted certified and classified staff recommendations and approved supplemental and pupil-activity contracts as listed in the meeting exhibits. One supplemental contract item (H5) passed with one abstention; the meeting record shows the motion passed 4–0 with one abstention.
