At a public hearing opened at 7:02 p.m. April 2, town staff member Cody reviewed proposed line'item adjustments, recommending additions and reassignments across multiple accounts, including an added $27,000 to line 3130 and $10,008.26 to line 4105. "Line item 4105, we need to add $10,008.26," Cody said while walking the council through the spreadsheet. The council asked no substantive questions during the presentation.
The amendment was introduced as Resolution R2025'03. A council member moved to approve the resolution and another seconded; the council voted to adopt the budget amendment. Council members recorded in the roll call as voting in favor included Ariel, Kylie, Michael, Richard and Mayor Holly McKinney. After the vote the mayor closed the public hearing and the council moved on to subsequent business.
