The Tulsa City Council approved four appointments and reappointments to city boards and committees without public opposition.
The council approved the following, as listed on the agenda: Jeremy Griffin to the Board of Appeals; Paul Johnson to the Tulsa Performing Arts Center Trust; Jamila Stuckey for reappointment to the Greater Tulsa Area African American Affairs Commission; and Steve King for reappointment to the Sales Tax Overview Committee. A public speaker identified as John Hafines offered remarks during the items but did not oppose the appointments.
A motion to approve items 2a through 2d was moved and seconded and passed by unanimous roll-call vote; all councilors present voted yes. The council invited the newly appointed commissioners to speak, but none chose to address the body at the meeting.
