The council moved to reconsider the prior approval of ordinance 25547 and the motion passed. The body then addressed ordinance 25547 amending Title 28 of the Tulsa Revised Ordinances concerning the Municipal Employees Retirement Plan; council discussion noted the ordinance carried the emergency clause. A motion to approve items 7b through 7d with the emergency clause on 7b and 7c passed by unanimous roll-call vote; all councilors present voted yes.
