Board approves routine minutes and student matters; HR recommendations pass 8–1
Summary

The motion to approve items 5.1–5.6 passed on roll call with all trustees voting yes.
The board then considered item 5.7, the human resources recommendations, which was moved and seconded. On roll call the motion passed with eight yes votes and one no vote. Cindy recorded the dissent. The board chair confirmed the motion carried.
