Chad Engel of the county transit department told the board: "This is 1 of our annual plans that has to be reviewed. It is updated with any operational changes and also regulatory requirements per FTA regulations." Engel added that legal had reviewed and approved the current version.
A motion to approve the Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan was moved and seconded and carried on a recorded vote: Commissioner Eberline voted aye; Commissioner Duncan voted aye; Chair Metari voted aye.
