Staff explained that third‑party evaluators are used when the district lacks sufficient internal evaluators; contract rates and selection are governed by the CCT negotiated agreement.
Staff also described reconciliation with BOCES: services and related invoices for special education and other services are being finalized for the year and the board approved applying final funds to close out those reconciled costs.
