On the Catbird application, staff explained the state’s licensing form had changed and the applicant initially answered “no” to a question about possessing a current health license because their health-license application was pending. Staff confirmed the restaurant had since provided the required health-license paperwork, and the council approved the Catbird license to run through September 2026.
All liquor-license and special-amusement motions carried without recorded opposition.
