No substantive concerns were raised by the board at the time of the vote; staff and the Planning Commission had already conducted a public hearing and recommended approval. The final plat will be recorded in county records and any conditions imposed by staff or the Planning Commission will be reflected in that record.
The board’s action approves the subdivision layout as presented to the county; subsequent steps include satisfying any final engineering, monumentation and recording requirements outlined by county staff.
