The board approved several construction contract adjustments: a final change order for Miller Pipeline LLC on the Schrader Road water main extension yielding a $94,688 decrease to the contract price and a 138‑calendar‑day time extension; a final deduct change order to Dye Brothers Lumber and Construction Inc. for the green infrastructure actuator retrofit project (U1106) in the amount of $321,756.39, and an increase of $65,916.02 for change order No. 1 to Interline Solutions on the 2024 annual sewer‑lining Frederick Neighborhood Phase 1 project.…
