The Greenacres Planning & Zoning Board of Appeals on April 10 unanimously approved a special exception and site-and-development plan for a proposed Murphy’s USA convenience store and fuel sales at 6270 Forest Hill Boulevard.
City staff told the board the redevelopment would replace a 1.17-acre retail strip center with a 2,824-square-foot convenience store, an overhead canopy serving six multi-product dispensers (12 fueling positions) and 15 parking spaces. The project team said the site would keep two vehicular access points — one to Forest Hill Boulevard and one to the adjacent Walmart access drive — and be served by existing water, sewer and drainage infrastructure.
