Resolution 79-25 (plat vacation): Approved. The council vacated portions of Colonnade Court right-of-way and underlying easements for properties at 5374 and 5380 Colonnade Court, with staff conditions to relocate a stormwater pipe at owners’ expense. Vote: 7-0.
Ordinance 10-25 (procurement and grants): Adopted. The council amended procurement code sections, added explicit references to Florida statutes for bidding thresholds, clarified bonding and designee authorities and created a new grants division to align the code with federal and state grant requirements. Vote: 8-0.
Planning & Zoning Commission alternate appointment: Renee Lemieux appointed to the alternate seat after interviews. Planning and Zoning’s recommendation and council votes resulted in Lemieux’s appointment (7-0 recorded vote in favor of Lemieux).
