A tax‑law bill described on the floor as Assembly number 6521 drew a recorded roll‑call vote of 118 ayes and 29 noes, after which the clerk announced, “The bill is passed.” Another tax bill (Assembly number 3984) was laid aside after the clerk noted a “home rule message is at the desk.” The transcript shows the Assembly advanced Senate and Assembly bills on consent, read last sections, and recorded votes indicating passage for those items.
