Resident says CRA created in April 2000 will reach 30-year mark in five years

“You may know, [the CRA] was created in April 2000 and it's good for 30 years,” Constant said, adding, “We basically have 5 years less because this is April 20, ’25.” He also told the commission he had pulled an older agenda and mentioned that an agenda from Aug. 11, 1999, announced the CRA would be taken up at the Broward Commission on Aug. 17 at 2 p.m.
