FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. — The Flagstaff City Council on April 15 adopted Resolution 2025-15 to renew an intergovernmental agreement (IGA) with the Arizona Department of Public Safety to participate in the state Gang and Immigration Intelligence Team Enforcement Mission (GEDM) task force.
