Separately, council approved revised bylaws for the Arvada Housing Advisory Committee and accepted an $88,000 award from the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) to support homeless street outreach services. Finally, the council approved a technical annexation of a portion of the 60th Avenue right‑of‑way adjacent to 15812 West 60th Avenue; no development approvals were tied to the annexation.
