The Oro Valley Town Council on April 16 approved an application for a Series 12 restaurant liquor license for Grain River Asian Bistro to operate at 12985 North Oracle Road, Suite 125.
Town staff reported the applicant submitted required paperwork to the town and the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control; the premises notice period (20 days) ended with no protests. The Oro Valley Police Department completed a background review and recommended approval. Council approved the application by unanimous vote.
No public comment was made during the hearing on the liquor-license item and staff said no protests were received during the statutory notice period. The license approval allows the establishment to serve liquor as a restaurant under the Series 12 classification; the licensee must continue to comply with state and town regulations for liquor service.
