The Littleton Appeals and Adjustment Commission unanimously elected Commissioner Lavere as chair and Commissioner Eby as vice chair and certified the Feb. 26, 2025, meeting minutes during a brief session that opened at 6:34 p.m. and reconvened at 6:38 p.m.
The leadership votes and the minutes certification were the only formal actions taken. The commission voted 5-0 to elect Lavere chair and 5-0 to elect Eby vice chair. Commissioners Nathan Blake, McCart and Woven joined Lavere and Eby in the unanimous tallies. A motion to certify the Feb. 26, 2025, minutes carried 5-0.
The actions concluded a short agenda that included roll call, the Pledge of Allegiance and an announcement that there were no public comments signed up for the meeting. Commission staff said there are currently no pending applications before the appeals and adjustment commission. A staff member warned that, because of public-notice timing, a meeting in May would be unlikely; an alternate meeting date would be noticed if required.
Commissioner Nathan Blake was welcomed to the commission during closing remarks. Ashley, a city staff member, said, “I was just going to say welcome to our newest commission member Nathan Blake,” and invited new members to contact staff or Wendy in the city clerk’s office with procedural questions.
The meeting adjourned at 6:42 p.m. with no additional business scheduled. Future meetings will be noticed by city staff if applications or other items requiring a hearing are received.
