Several council members expressed surprise that some organizations had not provided the requested summaries and said they preferred to see the materials in the packet before final action. One councilor suggested continuing the item to the May meeting so members could review the documents. No final vote on the proposed allocation occurred during the meeting.
Staff said they could return the full packets and that the council could direct staff at a later date. The matter remains pending; staff will provide the requested documentation and schedule the item for future action if the council requests it.
