Council staff said they will provide a tutorial for setting up a stable QR code.
Staff also reported that the North Center Trail is underway and that the city intends to resubmit an application for a Safe Streets for All grant after resolving prior technical issues. Council members discussed temporary improvements such as painted lanes and plastic, trial installations that could qualify as temporary elements under the grant rules.
Councilors said staff will pursue partner staging arrangements with BD Bush to reduce the Bergey work cost, prepare QR-code linking options with the city website, and continue coordinating with UDOT on Main Street crossing approvals and the Safe Streets application.
