Board approves meeting agenda, adjourns to executive session on personnel — both votes 5-0
Summary

Shortly after the meeting opened, a motion to approve the April 14 work session agenda was moved and seconded; the board chair called the vote and recorded the motion as passing 5–0.
At the close of the public work session, a motion was made and seconded to adjourn into executive session “to discuss or deliberate upon personnel matters as described on the affidavit to be attached to the minutes.” The board chair called that vote and recorded it as passing 5–0. The meeting minutes will include the affidavit describing the personnel deliberations as required by the board’s procedures.
No public votes were taken on substantive agenda items during the work session; the action items presented (curriculum renewals, contracts, field trips, certificate of the board, benefits broker) were scheduled for consideration at the April 21 Board of Education meeting.
