Supervisor Stephanie seconded the amendment. The motion to amend passed 7–3, and the item as amended passed on final vote 7–3. The board recorded the aye votes from Supervisors Chan, Dorsey, Engadio, Mandelman, Melgar and Stephanie and President Peskin; Supervisors Preston, Ronan and Walton voted no on the final action.
