Supervisor Norman Yee (President Yi) called the item; Supervisor Walton, who introduced the supplemental, pressed the urgency of restoring classes and said community consequences were immediate. "I urge you to join me in voting yes on this 1 time supplemental bridge funding ordinance," Walton said on the floor.
